“Who’s Tiffany?”

Well, that’s me on the left, taking pictures.  I used to be an actor, but now I spend my time behind the camera, putting my industry experiences to work by making sure I capture YOU.  See that’s what headshots are all about, selling yourself, and after working with agents and casting directors for the past 10 years, I have an insider’s view into what works.

“But what does that mean for me?”

I suppose it means you should poke around my website, look at my galleries, and see for yourself!  I shoot in natural lighting, so colors are vibrant and faces really pop.  Working outside also gives me the freedom to shoot anywhere.  If there’s a location you have in mind, let me know!  We can check it out.  Are you going for a specific look?  Edgy?  Girl-next-door?  Leading man?  All of these factor into location, and without the limits of a studio, it’s possible to achieve several of these looks in one shoot.

“So, you’re saying I don’t have to sit in a stuffy room, with backdrops, and hot lights melting my face…”

Yes!  That is exactly what I am saying!  Plus, there are no limits to fun things for actors to climb, jump, or swing on.  What I’m saying is, let’s get your creative juices flowing!  You want to show yourself, but you also want to stand out.  Shooting outside gives both of us the versatility to get great headshots!

“Alright, that all sounds good, but what about makeup?”

I find that natural looking makeup works best.  You want to enhance your look, not hide it.  I don’t do makeup, but I do know makeup artists who I can refer you to, or your can bring your own.

“Well, I like your website, and your pictures are pretty cool… but I’m just so overwhelmed by the number of photographers out there!”

And you’re not alone.  I remember spending weeks looking for my first photographer.  There is a massive number of us, in all variety of suit.  Many do excellent work, but charge a lot of money, or prefer studio work which results in (I think) boring pictures.  The best thing is to do what you’re doing now- search our websites, bookmark your favorites.  If you like what you see here, give me a call.  You can look over my books, get a feel for me, and we can discuss what it is you’d like to achieve with your shoot.  I think the most important thing for an actor is to feel comfortable with the photographer, so you can be relaxed enough to let me capture the real YOU, in order to get you in the door!  Remember my job is to help you get the best headshots in order to land the agent, and the audition.   All you have to do is relax and have a good time with the camera!

“Alright, I’ve picked a package, now what?”

Call me!  After we’ve arranged a time and location to start, you get down to the fun stuff!  Pick out your outfits.  Make sure to bring more than you think you’ll need.  You don’t want to pick out anything too busy, or with any visible logos.  Make sure you get a good variety of colors and looks, and you should be comfortable in the outfits you select.  You don’t want to be stuck in something you would never really wear, as we want to showcase your distinct personality!  Then, get plenty of rest, show up, and take wonderful pictures!
